Users can view their open Support tickets by logging into https://support.snyk.io and clicking on View my Tickets
Users can currently log into the Support portal using one of 4 SSO methods. They are:
- Bitbucket
- Github
- Custom SSO (available for Business and Enterprise customers)
NOTE: We do not offer any username / password login methods at this time, therefore if you do not have a way of connecting to the email address which was linked to the ticket, you can view the latest update in the email notifications sent to you. You can also respond to the notification to update your request
Users are encouraged to log support tickets via email or via the Ticket form here which can be completed without logging in.
