For Standard customers:
Organization administrators can access and set license policy rules via Settings > Licenses
For Pro and up customers:
Group administrators can access and set license policy rules via Policies
What does the migration entail?
Our old license policy system was set at the organization level and organization administrators had the ability to edit license severities. With the new policy system available for Pro and up customers, license policies will be moved to the group level and will need to be managed by group administrators. Please inform your organization administrators of this change. If they try to access the license settings page within the organization level, they will no longer be able to.
Additionally, we've migrated your existing license policies from the organizations, where they were previously managed, to the new system at the group level. When you open the Policy Manager tab, you will see all the license policies that previously existed across your organizations, as well as the organizations that they were assigned to.
As part of the migration, we grouped together any license policies with identical rules to minimize the number of duplicate license policies within your policy manager.
