Problem:
When trying to add filters in Snyk Cloud, you might find that the options do not auto-complete and the filter list does not fully populate.
Discussion:
The issue filter list can currently time out if the issue filter complexity is too high. This will result in the UI presenting our fallback filters, which include “Status” and “Environment Kind”, as pictured below:
We are currently working on improving our UI to create a unified experience and improve the user experience. In the meantime, if you know the value you would like to filter on, you can enter one of the following keys in the search bar:
- status
- compliance_standard_id
- compliance_control_id
- resource_platform
- resource_type
- resource_id
- resource_name
- resource_native_id
- resource_kind
- environment_native_id
- environment_name
- environment_kind
- rule_id
- rule_category
- rule_result_message
- resource_tags
- severity
- title
Press enter or click “Create new key”:
Then enter the value you wish to filter by and press enter or “Create new key”:
This will filter the issues appropriately if the value exists and will save the query in the URL.
