You may see this error when trying to log in for the first time via the AzureAD login method (not SSO)
This OAuth approval screen is related to the AzureAD permissions configured by your AzureAD admin. Your AzureAD admin will need to allow permission, which is likely not currently enabled at a user level for your AD
